Happy New Year. So we begin 2011 with a traditional southern feast of collard greens and black eyed peas. Yum. The main course: Italian Chicken (breaking away from tradition a bit.) I am hungry. Dinner will be served shortly, so today’s Aircheck post will sign off for now.
